Το “On Every Street” είναι το 6ο και τελευταίο στούντιο άλμπουμ των Dire Straits, που αρχικά κυκλοφόρησε στις 9 Σεπτεμβρίου 1991, από την Vertigo Records διεθνώς και από την Warner Bros.Records στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες.
Το “On Every Street” κυκλοφόρησε μετά από 6 χρόνια, από το προηγούμενο άλμπουμ τους “Brothers in Arms”.
Το άλμπουμ έφτασε στο Νο.1 στα charts άλμπουμς και έγινε πλατινένιο, σε πολλές χώρες.
Οι Dire Straits διαλύθηκαν οριστικά το 1995, ενώ ο Mark Knopfler ακολούθησε μια σόλο καριέρα.
